retainer and place the assembly into the bottom
of the lower handle. The throttle cable must go
through the retainer.

Install the upper boom into the handle.

NOTE: For units that take attachments, make
sure the spring is installed in the clutch hous-
ing/drum assembly before installing the upper
boom.

2. Locate the anti-rotation cap screw and place the
boom onto the cap screw.
Torque the screw to 15-20 in-lb (1.7-2.2 N-m).
