Fuel Pump Side

1. Install the fuel pump diaphragm (next to

carburetor body) and gasket.
2. Install the spring, fuel pump cover, and cover
screw. Tighten the screw securely.

3. If necessary, install the idle speed adjusting screw
and spring.
For Units with Engine Serial Number 407000001
and Greater- Turn the adjusting screw in (clock-
wise) until it just touches the throttle lever; then con-
tinue turning 2 full turns.
Final Carburetor Adjustment

Make final adjustments to the carburetor when ,the
unit is fully reassembled. Refer to "Carburetor
Adjustment" in Part I
