Table sizes
The table height in either standard or dual-row setup should be 71-75cm, ideally 72cm, with
a matte surface finish. The lower edge of the monitor screens (not frames) should be aligned
with the height of the tables.
For a standard room layout, use a single rectangular table to seat six participants across the
room's depth. For a dual-row telepresence room, use three tables in the front row for six
participants (70 x 160cm) and three tables in the back row for 12 participants (70 x 290cm).
Ensure that the back row tables are built so they do not expose participants' legs.
For information on the position of tables in the room, see

Choosing Monitors for Your Avaya XT Telepresence
Choose the monitors (purchased separately) to match your telepresence room dimensions and
provide the image quality that you need.
There are two types of monitors deployed in the Avaya XT Telepresence: monitors that are used
to show meeting participants (main monitors) and a single monitor that is used for displaying
presentations (presentation monitor).
In a standard room layout, the size of the main monitors depends on the size of the telepresence
room, so choose monitors only after you have chosen the room (see
Room
on page 9). All three main monitors must be the same size and model to provide image
consistency.
