Room property
Requirement
Wall colors
Choose a matte or flat wall paint to avoid light reflection.
Ensure the background wall is in a neutral gray color, ideally PANTONE 422U. Alternatively,
for large rooms, you can cover the background wall with a panel sized 1.4m x 8m,
positioned 30cm from the floor, colored in a neutral shade.
Electrical cabling
Ensure the cabling supports at least 2640W.
Power sockets
Install nine sockets (100-240V AC2,5A) close to the monitors, and six sockets under the
table.
Computer
For presentations, ensure the DVI socket on the XT Codec Unit is connected to a DVI/VGA
connection
cable, where the VGA connector is available to any participant in the room. Consider using a
VGA splitter to distribute VGA connectors if required.
