Setting up the Telepresence Room
Ideally the remote telepresence system would have the same montor ratios (height to width) as
your deployment, to maintain the telepresence effect on both ends.
In a dual row telepresence room, your main monitors should always be 65 inches. For a single row
standard telepresence room, choose between 50, 55, 60 or 65 inches depending on the size of
your room (see

Always use the size of the smaller wall when you determine the size of the monitor. For example,
if you have a 4x6m room, you choose monitors that match 4m width, not 6m depth.
Ideally the presentation monitor should always be 42 inches, with the same resolution capabilities
as the main monitors. The bracket for this monitor should be below the main central monitor.
Ensure that the height of the brackets or stands is correct: the monitors must be placed so that the
bottom of their screens (not the frames) are at the same level as the table surface.
We strongly suggest labeling cables during the system setup to avoid confusion. Prepare the
following labels:
• Primary monitor, Auxiliary-L monitor, Auxiliary-R monitor and Presentation monitor
