If you have a Problem
Your analyzer is built to provide dependable service. However, if you experience a
problem, or if you desire additional information or wish to order parts, options, or
accessories, the Agilent Technologies worldwide sales and service organization is
ready to provide the support you need.
In general, a problem can be caused by a hardware failure, a software error, or a
user error. Follow these general steps to determine the cause and to resolve the
problem.
1. Perform the quick checks listed in "Check the Basics" in this chapter. It is
