Select the symbol rate of the radio signal being measured. EDGE
signals are limited to plus or minus 10%, but other signal standards
allow values up to 8 Msps. Calibration, however, is always limited to
the default value for each radio standard plus or minus 10%.

Set the power threshold, relative to the peak power, that is used to
determine the burst rising edge and falling edge.
