DIALING
The machine dials and connect to
the other party. The number that
you dialed and the other party's
RTI or CSI is displayed.

Dialing with the Telephone
Directory
This function is only available on Type 1
machines.
This can be done for any number that
you have stored as a Speed Dial code
with a label programmed for it.
Example : you wish to dial " XYZ CO.
NEWYORK ".

Make sure that the machine is in
standby mode.

SET DOC. OR DIAL NO.

Carefully place your fax message
into the auto document feeder.
TRANSMIT
DIAL FAX NUMBER

Press the {Speed Dial/Tel Directory}
key.
SPEED DIAL
PUSH NUM OR ABC

Press the first letter of the name.

pear, scroll through the labels us-
ing with W and V until you find it.
