arrive and transferred calls leave the Call Monitor view.

Double-clicking in the Call Monitor view has the following effects:
Double-clicking an active call puts it on hold.

Double-clicking any other type of call takes the call (connects you to the
n
caller). This includes incoming calls, calls on hold, parked calls, or calls
for which you are screening a message.
While calls are ringing at your phone, the Call Monitor view displays "Incoming
Call." If Strata CS can identify the caller, the item in the Call Monitor view also
displays the caller's phone number and name, enabling you to screen your calls.
(see "You can teach Strata CS to recognize contacts when they call." on
page 15-8). While calls are ringing, you can perform the following actions:
Take the call

Send the call to voice mail
n
Put the call on hold without talking to the caller first (also known as

grab-and-hold)
Transfer the call without talking to the caller first

If you are already on another call, select the incoming call and choose
. Your current call is put on hold. You can easily move among multiple
