Leakage on the unit water supply
• Check the quantity of powder in your unit
• Check the compressed air supply and air filter
• Check for presence of powder/air at cord outlet port
• Eliminate residual powder present in the channels using the cleaning needles provided
• Perio powder chamber only: remove the diffuser and empty the powder. Blow the diffuser with compressed air before
installing it again and refilling
• Send the system to an authorized EMS Repair Center
• Check the condition of the handpiece connecting o-rings
• Send the system and the handpiece cord to an authorized EMS Repair Center
• Verify the position of the nozzle and its position on the handpiece
• Verify that no residual remains between the nozzle and the handpiece
• Verify that nothing affects the alignment or prevents fixing the nozzle on its holder
• Replace the nozzle
• Replace the handpiece
• Send the system and the handpiece cord to an certified EMS Repair Center
• Verify the positioning of the bottles
• Check the o-rings under the silicone caps of the powder chamber holders
• Verify the cap of the powder chamber and the o-ring positioning
• Verify the check valve and the o-ring under the powder chamber
• Remove all powder dust between the bottle holder and the powder chamber
• Send the unit to an authorized EMS Repair Center
• Check the seal condition and the cleanness of the thread of the powder chamber cap
• Replace the seals if necessary
• Clean the sealing surfaces carefully
• Replace the powder chambers
• Send the unit to an authorized EMS Repair Center
• Verify the quantity of powder in your unit
• Eliminate residual powder present in the channels using a cleaning needle
• Send the system and the handpiece cord to an certified EMS Repair Center
• Check the water supply connection and inlet pressure
• Send the unit to an authorized EMS Repair Center
