Ribbed V-belt

- Remove bearing with guard,
see b 5.1
: Remove screws from starter
cover (arrows).

: Remove starter cover (1)

: Remove the ribbed V-belt (1)
from the belt pulley.
- Reassemble parts in reverse
order.
- Tightening torques, b 3.6

Starter cup

- Remove starter cover and relax
the ribbed V-belt, b 5.1
- Remove cap and spark plug,
b 7.4

: Push the locking strip (1)
0000 893 5903 as far as possible
into the cylinder.
- Fit the piston.
: Unscrew the nut (arrow) from the
starter cup.
: Pull out starter cup.

Note:
Ensure that the washer (1) is
present before fitting the starter cup.
- Slide the starter cup onto the
shaft.
- Screw on the nut.
- Block the piston and screw the
nut tight.
- Tightening torques, b 3.6
- Reassemble remaining parts in
reverse order.
