Disassembly
: Unhook the clutch springs (1)
with the assembly hook (2)
5910 890 2800.
– Remove the clutch shoes from
the carrier.
: Remove the retainers from the
clutch shoes.
– Clean the individual parts with a
standard degreasant not
containing any chlorinated or
halogenated hydrocarbons.
– Replace any defective parts.
TS 700, TS 800
Assembly
: Slide the retainers onto the clutch
shoes.

: Slide the clutch shoes over the
legs (1) on the carrier so that the
type number (2) faces towards
the longer hexagon (3).
: Clamp the clutch in a vice.

: Hook one end of the clutch spring
(1) into the clutch shoes.
: Pull the other end with the
assembly hook (2)
5910 890 2800 and press it into
the clutch shoe.

Installation
: Fit the cover washer (1) with the
shoulder facing outwards.

: Screw on the clutch and tighten it
down with a size 21 insert (1)
5910 893 5616.

Tightening torques, b 3.6

– Reassemble remaining parts in
reverse order.
