Off I/O module is powered down.
On 4-, 8-, or 16-Gb/s link speed (autonegotiates)
Blinking Small form-factor pluggable (SFP+
faulted, unsupported, or optical cable fault.
Off No network connection
for the correct SFP+ part number.
