Mounting the hollow shaft with splines

Instead of the nut and threaded spindle shown in the diagram, you can also use hydraulic
lifting equipment.
Procedure
1. Use petrol ether or a solvent to remove the anti-corrosion protection from the shaft ends
and flanges.
2. Check the seats or edges of the hollow and machine shafts for damage.
Report damage immediately to Technical Support.
3. Apply the mounting paste
Apply the paste uniformly.
4. Fit the gearbox using the disk

5. Replace the nut
Tighten the bolts with the specified torque.
You have now mounted the hollow shaft.
