9. Screw angular hose nozzle 1461 onto reduction piece 1460.
Do not tighten the parts yet. Orientate hose 1463 roughly in the direction of the
connection hole.
10.Replace screw plug 1401 with reduction piece 1466.
Screw plug 1401 is no longer required.
Tightening torque for reduction piece 1466 G 3/8": 35 Nm
Tightening torque for reduction piece 1466 size 3/4": 85 Nm
11.Screw angular hose nozzle 1464 temporarily onto reduction piece 1466.
12.Shorten hose 1463 to the required length.
Note
Determining the hose length
Hose 1463 must have a negative gradient from tank 1451 to the connection hole.
Hose 1463 must not form a siphon.
13.Loosen angular hose nozzle 1464 and press on the free hose end.
14.Fix hose end 1463 with clip 1465.
15.Screw angular hose nozzle 1464 with 35 Nm tightening torque onto reduction piece 1466.
16.Tighten angular hose nozzle 1461 with a torque of 35 Nm.
You have now installed the oil expansion unit.

Replace the vent valve of the unit yearly.
