If the fault still cannot be resolved after taking the measures stated above, please contact the
manufacturer or the Siemens Service Center.

Check circuit/connection of brake
Check the mounting position (Page 47) and the oil level (Page 145).
Checking the oil quality (Page 147), Changing oil (Page 148)
Check the bearing and replace if necessary.
Check the gearing and replace if necessary.
Tighten the screws, Thread sizes and tightening torques for fastening
bolts (Page 144)
Call Technical Support.
Checking the gearbox for leaks (Page 156). Seal the gearbox
Mount the venting as appropriate for the mounting position (Page 47).
Replacing the vent valve (Page 158)
Replace the shaft sealing rings.
Tighten the screws (Page 144). Continue to monitor the gearbox.
Reseal.
Call Technical Support.
Check the oil quality, change the oil (Page 156) and flush the gearbox
(Page 149)
Check the date of last oil change. If required, change the oil (Page 148).
