4.8.4 TAPI

IP Office TAPI is a client PC application that allows TAPI compliant applications to interact with the Essential Edition -
PARTNER® Version. The IP Office TAPI software can be used in one of two modes, depended on whether it is licensed or
not. The same software is installed in either case with the licenses, if any, being entered in the Essential Edition -
PARTNER® Version system configuration.
· 3rd Party TAPI
In this licensed mode, TAPI software can be used to control call function on multiple user extension. This mode is
used with CTI Developer applications.
