Enabling 'Anonymous Access' in the third party SMTP server is required for the conference mail notification feature in Avaya Conference Center solution. An alternative resolution for this issue is to install a local SMTP server, gateway or other similar program on the same PC as the Conference Center to redirect the notification email.

The profile file name matches the user's extension number, for example 212.xml. By default the files are stored in My Documents\Avaya\IP 400\PhoneManager\Profiles.
