3.7 Instant group

The instant product (ingredient) is pushed out of the canister [ 1 ] by a worm screw and falls via the
dispensing nozzle into the mixer unit [ 3.4 ]. At the same time, hot water is dispensed into the mixer
unit. The instant product and the water are mixed together by the mixer impeller [ 3.3 ] driven by the
mixer motor [ 3.1 ] running at 16.500 rpm . The drink flows via the drink outlet into the cup.
Most of the water vapour given off during the mixing is collected by the vapour drain ring [ 3.5 ] and
extracted via the extraction tray [ 3.6 ] by the fan [ 2 ]. The instant residue is collected by the extraction
tray. The extraction tray can be easily removed (for cleaning) by dismantling the mixer unit.
This largely prevents water vapour getting into the canister outlet and the ingredient becoming moist.
