2. Zero/span calibration equipment
To carry out calibration, remove the angle adjustment unit, and install the following equipment, and then
flow the zero gas or span gas.

*1: The standard length of the calibration gas cell is 1 m. Consult us if a low concentration gas cylinder is difficult to
obtain.
