Removing the top cover interlock switch

The top cover interlock switch prevents the projector from operating when the top cover is off the
projector.
1. Remove the top cover.

2. Remove the main board and I/O board.

3. Remove the rear cover.

4. Remove the left-side cover.

5. Remove the complete light engine.
See Replacing the complete light engine
6. Remove the power supply shielding.
See Replacing the power supply
7. To remove the interlock switch, unplug the connector for the interlock switch harnesses.
8. Remove the harnesses from the clips.
9. Replace the interlock switch.
10. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.

Removing the AC inlet

Remove the AC inlet from the bottom shielding.
1. Remove the top cover.
