Troubleshooting

Solution
Verify power cord is securely plugged in.
Verify circuit breaker (at rear of system) and
power switch (right side of system) are both in
the ON (up) position.
Verify AC power is present at wall outlet.
Verify the system is not connected to an
extension cord or power strip.
Filament may be jammed in extrusion head (see
Loss of Extrusion

Incorrect IP address – check that the IP
addresses within the Prodigy Plus system and
Insight are the same values (see
Addresses

20).
Make sure IP address is static on your network
(contact your IT department).
Verify IP address entered in Insight "Status" or
"Admin" has the same value as system but
contains no zero's in the first position within each
section of the IP address.
Call for customer service. For more information,
see
Fault Determination Codes
Partial or bad part file sent to system. Check STL
file validity in CAD software; reprocess STL in
Insight and redownload to system.
