7 Troubleshooting

Malfunction
Error 10 (1200) - filter rotation.
No filter movement detected during
cleaning process.
Error 11 (1200) - Dust container.
The dust container was pulled out or
the micro switch has malfunctioned.
Error 23 (1200) - faulty EEPROM.
Faulty EEPROM component.
Error 24 (1200)- filter status.
Suction paths (plugged) or filter full
LED "Malfunction" shines.
Error 25 (1200) - Low pressure error
Low pressure not created despite
an activated extraction motor.
Warning 30 (1201) - Filter cleaning
Indication that filter is due for a clean
Warning 31 (1201) - Container level
Falling flap indicates that dust con‐
tainer is full
Warning 32 (1201) - Active carbon
filter service life
Reminder to check or replace the
active carbon filter
Extraction only occurs at one or two
extraction points rather than three.
Extraction occurring at all three ex‐
traction points although only one ex‐
traction channel required.
Extraction not powerful enough.
7 Troubleshooting
Note
With this product, error or info messages are displayed on screen.
Cause
No filter inserted
Faulty cleaning motor.
Faulty filter position sensor.
Dust container was not re-inserted
after being cleaned.
Micro switch is soiled or faulty.
The EEPROM is tested when swit‐
ching on the unit with the on/off
switch. This error is returned if the
component is faulty or has an inter‐
mittent malfunction. After choosing
the Save button to confirm, you can
continue to use the extractor unit
but, if there is a faulty component,
customer-specific data will not be
read from the EEPROM or stored.
Suction paths are dirty or filter is
plugged, perhaps by foreign bodies.
If the display "Filter full" lights up wi‐
thin 60 seconds (3x sequentially) af‐
ter cleaning, this error is displayed.
Faulty extraction motor.
Extraction hose is missing or not in‐
serted correctly.
Filter lid not fitted.
Filter is severely soiled.
Dust container is full.
The active carbon filter monitoring
time has expired.
Extraction line(s) blocked (due to in‐
take of larger particles of debris for
instance).
Dirt guard, gold micro filter blocked ▶ Clean dirt guard and replace
No supply of compressed air.
Extraction line(s) blocked.
Remedy
▶ Insert filter
▶ Consult after-sales service. Re‐
