AF-650 GP Programming Guide
Function:
Select the reference input to be used
for the first reference signal.
F-01 Frequency Setting 1,
C-30 Frequency Command 2 and
C-34 Frequency Command 3 define
up to three different reference
signals. The sum of these reference
signals defines the actual reference.
(General Purpose I/O Option Module)
(General Purpose I/O Option Module)
Function:
Select which reference site to activate.
Use local reference when in Hand mode; or
remote reference when in Auto mode.
Use remote reference in both Hand mode
and Auto mode.
Use local reference in both Hand mode and
Auto mode.
NOTE
When set to [2] Local, the frequency
converter will start with this setting
again following a 'power down'.
Function:
NOTE
This parameter cannot be adjusted while
the motor is running.
F-03 Max Output Frequency 1
Range:
Function:
NOTE
Max. output frequency cannot exceed
10% of the carrier frequency (F-26 Motor
Noise (Carrier Freq)).
Provides a final limit on the output frequency
for improved safety in applications where you
want to avoid accidental over-speeding. This
limit is final in all configurations (independent
of the setting in H-40 Configuration Mode).
F-04 Base Frequency
Range:
Function:
60
[20 -
Min - Max motor frequency: 20-1000 Hz.
Hz
1000
Select the motor frequency value from the
*
Hz]
motor nameplate data. If a value different from
50 Hz or 60 Hz is selected, it is necessary to
adapt the load independent settings in
H-50 Motor Magnetisation at Zero Speed to
H-53 Model Shift Frequency. For 87 Hz operation
with 230/400 V motors, set the nameplate data
for 230 V/50 Hz. Adapt F-17 Motor Speed High
Limit [RPM] and F-53 Maximum Reference to the
87 Hz application.
F-05 Motor Rated Voltage
Range:
460 V
[10 - 1000 V] Enter the nominal motor voltage
*
according to the motor nameplate data.
The default value corresponds to the
nominal rated output of the unit.
F-07 Accel Time 1
Range:
Function:
3.00
[0.01 -
Enter the accel time, i.e. the acceleration time
s
3600 s]
from 0 RPM to the synchronous motor speed n
*
Choose a accel time such that the output
current does not exceed the current limit in
F-43 Current Limit during ramping. The value
0.00 corresponds to 0.01 s in speed mode. See
decel time in F-08 Decel Time 1.

voltage arises in the inverter due to regenerative
operation of the motor, and such that the
generated current does not exceed the current
limit set in F-43 Current Limit. The value 0.00
