however appear less stable; range of window length is from 1 to 24.
Estimated Rate, Hz is the integer number of phasor samples per second.
Equals 25 sps for 50 Hz and 20 sps for 60 Hz.
Cycles Used is a calculated value based on multiplying the Estimated
