*WIPER, NOT WORKING AT ALL —
TEST
18 Turn the ignition off.
Remove the wiper High/Low Relay from the PDC.
Remove the wiper On/Off Relay from the PDC.
Measure the resistance of the Common circuit between the High/Low Relay and the
On/Off relay in the PDC.
Is the resistance below 10.0 ohms?
Yes → Go To 19
→ Repair the Common circuit for an open.
No
19 Turn the ignition on.
Disconnect the Windshield Wiper Motor harness connector.
Turn the wiper switch to the low speed position.
Using a 12-volt test light connected to ground, probe the low speed output circuit at
the wiper motor harness connector.
Does the test light illuminate brightly?
Yes → Replace the Wiper Motor.
→ Test Complete.
No
