0:Disabled. No parameter copy command is sent.
1:DefaultRestore. Restoration of the user's parameter default values.
2:WorkAreaBackup. Backup of the current parameters.
3:Backup Restore. Restoration of the backup parameters.

For this parameter, no values other than 0:Disabled may be stored on
EEPROM.
