Alarm Silence

Use the Alarm Silence button to silence the following alarm conditions:
NOTE: An ALARM SILENCE button is also located on the Main Control Panel.
SEAT DEFLATE - Alarm will sound when Seat Deflate has been activated for
longer than 12.50 minutes. If more time is required, pressing ALARM SILENCE
provides another 12.50 minutes of silence.
INSTAFLATE - Alarm will sound when InstaFlate is engaged. Pressing ALARM SILENCE provides 12.50 minutes of
silence.
CPR - Alarm will sound when CPR is engaged when unit is in use.
NOTE: Pressing ALARM SILENCE stops audible alarms; however, ALARM SILENCE LED will continue to flash until
alarm condition is cleared.

Seat Deflate / Inflate

Use the SEAT DEFLATE / INFLATE button to activate or deactivate Seat Deflate. Use Seat Deflate to assist patient exit and
for bedpan placement by reducing the air pressure in the cushions of the body section by 50%.
NOTE: A SEAT DEFLATE / INFLATE button is also located on the frame on both sides of the unit.

Press SEAT DEFLATE / INFLATE button.
NOTE: Alarm will sound after 12.50 minutes. If longer time is required, press ALARM SILENCE button for additional
12.50 minutes of quiet.

To inflate cushions and resume programmed air pressures, press SEAT DEFLATE / INFLATE button or press AIR
ADJUST.
NOTE: Pressing AIR ADJUST automatically restores body cushion pressures.
