FOOT LOCKOUT
Use the FOOT Lockout to prevent intentional or unintentional changes to the Knee Gatch Angle.
To perform lockout:
1.
Press the FOOT Lockout button located on the Bed Motion Control Panel.
NOTE: When lockout is engaged, button will remain pressed down.
2.
Observe that Foot Up / Down controls are disabled.
To disable lockout:
1.
Press the FOOT Lockout button on the Bed Motion Control Panel.
NOTE: When lockout is disabled, button will release.
2.
Observe that Foot Up / Down Controls are functioning.
BED LOCKOUT
Use the BED Lockout to prevent intentional or unintentional changes to the Bed Height and Angle.
NOTE: Locking out Bed Up / Down also locks out adjustment to the Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg angles.
To perform lockout:
1.
Press the BED Lockout button located on the Bed Motion Control Panel.
NOTE: When lockout is engaged, button will remain pressed down.
2.
Observe that BED Up / Down controls are disabled.
To disable lockout:
1.
Press the BED Lockout button on the Bed Motion Control Panel.
NOTE: When lockout is disabled, button will release.
2.
Observe that Bed Up / Down Controls are functioning.

CPR

Use the CPR Lever to deflate the cushions to facilitate CPR procedures.
1.
Flip CPR Lever down and
away from foot end of unit
to engage CPR function.
The CPR Lever is
located on the center of
the frame on both the
left and right sides of
the unit.
2.
Lower Head and Foot of bed to provide a flat surface for delivering effective CPR.
NOTE: A crashboard is not required.
