2. Press A / HOLD corresponding to YES. The screen shown at right will temporarily appear.
NOTE: Do not touch the bed for 10 seconds while scale is being recalibrated.
NOTE: The patient Exit Alarm will be deactivated. Reactivate the alarm from the Scale
Control Panel.

Set

Use Set to recalibrate the Scale to the patient's weight (without weighing), if the patient's weight is known prior to placement
on the bed.
1. Press SET button. The screen shown at right will appear.
2. Press A / HOLD button corresponding to YES.
3. Press the A / HOLD or B / SET button corresponding to either LESS or MORE to adjust
displayed weight to the predetermined patient weight value.
NOTE: Hold button down to rapidly adjust weight value.
NOTE: Unit will continue to alarm to signify Set function is being used.
4. Press C / ZERO button corresponding to ENTER after setting scale to predetermined
patient weight value. The screen shown at right will appear.
NOTE: Do not touch the bed for 10 seconds while Scale adjusts to preset weight input.
NOTE: The patient Exit Alarm will be deactivated. Reactivate the alarm from the Scale Control Panel.

Weigh Delay

Use Weigh Delay to postpone weighing for a specified amount of time while tubes, equipment, etc., are lifted, and then to hold
the resulting weight value until it is read.
1. Press WEIGH DELAY. The screen shown at right will appear.
2. Press A / HOLD or B / SET button corresponding to either LESS or MORE to adjust
displayed seconds in increments of 5 seconds.
3. Press C / ZERO corresponding to START when desired number of seconds is displayed. Bed will begin a countdown of
seconds.
NOTE: Alarm will beep at each second and sound when countdown reaches 0.
NOTE: When bed has reached 0 seconds, the screen shown at right will appear.
4. Press WEIGH DELAY to return to scale display.
NOTE: The patient Exit Alarm will be deactivated. Reactivate the alarm from the Scale
Control Panel.
