CHASSIS BOLTS AND NUTS

Check that all chassis bolts and nuts are tightened to their specified torque. (Refer to page 2-40 for the loca-
tions of the following nuts and bolts on the motorcycle.)
1 Steering stem head nut
2 Handlebar clamp bolt
3 Handlebar holder set nut
4 Front fork upper clamp bolt
5 Front fork lower clamp bolt
6 Front fork cap bolt
7 Front axle bolt
8 Front axle holder bolt
9 Front brake master cylinder holder bolt (Upper)
0 Front brake master cylinder holder bolt (Lower)
A Front brake caliper mounting bolt
B Front brake pad mounting pin
C Brake hose union bolt (Front & Rear)
D Air bleeder valve (Front & Rear brake caliper)
E Brake disc bolt (Front)
F Brake disc bolt (Rear)
G Rear brake pad mounting pin
H Rear brake master cylinder mounting bolt
I Rear brake master cylinder rod lock-nut
J Footrest mounting bolt
K Rear brake pedal pivot bolt
L Swingarm pivot nut
M Rear shock absorber mounting bolt/nut (Upper & Lower)
N Cushion rod bolt/nut (Front & Rear)
O Cushion lever bolt/nut
P Rear axle nut
Q Rear sprocket nut
R Seat rail bolt/nut
S Chain roller bolt/nut
T Spoke nipple
