• Install the wave washer B with convex side inside onto the
kick starter idle shaft.
• Install the kick starter idle gear C.
• Reassemble the clutch component parts. (7-9, -10)
• Install the dowel pins D and gasket E.

Replace the gasket E with a new one.
• Install the right crankcase cover F.
• Tighten the right crankcase cover bolts (a, b, c, d) to the
specified torque.
 Right crankcase cover bolt: 11 N·m (1.1kgf-m, 8.0 lbf-ft)
• Install the kick starter lever G onto the kick starter shaft.
NOTE:
When installing the kick starter lever G, align the wide spline
teeth H and I.

b Length: 60 mm (2.4 in)
c Length: 65 mm (2.6 in)
d Length: 25 mm (1.0 in)
