Method Operation
Visual Check alignment mark accordance and damage at the
home position.
Visual Check for damage and deterioration of leads.
Visual Clean the work area if dust or spatter is present. Check for
damage and outside cracks.

Check for grease leakage.

Spanner Tighten loose bolts. Replace if necessary.
Wrench

Screwdriver, Tighten loose bolts. Replace if necessary.

Manual Check for loose connectors.

Manual Check for belt tension and wear.

Visual, Check for conduction between the main connector of base
Multimeter and intermediate connector with manually shaking the
wires. Check for wear of protective spring.
