The following diagram shows the basic internal connections of the Unit.

The following steps are used as a quick reference guide when installing and set-
ting up the Unit.
1. Unpack the Unit.
2. Replace the connector on the Unit.
3. Set DIP switches and slide switches.
4. Install the Unit on the Backplane.
5. Wire the I/O terminals.
6. Write down settings in the configuration worksheet.
7. Turn ON the power supply to the Unit.
8. Verify default ladder programs.
9. Check Unit indicators.
