Ecotron - Incubation Shaker
Rectifying Faults
Fault
The shaker drive accelerates too quickly or runs too fast.
Possible cause
Error when measuring the ro-
tation speed.
The drive control system is
defective.
Fault
The temperature fails to reach the desired setpoint.
Possible cause
The heating is not switched
on.
The setpoint is set too low.
The ambient temperature
does not meet the require-
ments.
Door not closed completely.
Cooling fins dusty.
Error during temperature
measurement.
Heater fan not working.

Measures
Switch the equipment off and then on again.
Contact your local Infors representative and re-
place the control rack (see chapter 10.2, page
73).
Faults related to the "Temperature" parameter
Measures
Activate the "Temperature" parameter.
Raise setpoint.
see chapter 6.1, page 41
Close door completely.
Clean the cooling fins.
Check the function of the temperature sensor. In
case of a defect, contact your local Infors repre-
sentative.
Contact your local Infors representative and re-
place the control rack (see chapter 10.2, page
73).
INFORMATION
Re-measuring the temperature only provides reliable information
when using calibrated measuring tools, and only if they are used
at points specified by Infors. Measurements taken at undefined
points in the casing will not produce any usable data.

Infors representative or request a quote for calibrating the pa-
rameters.
