4.1 Trays

4.1.1 Tray with «Sticky Stuff» Adhesive Matting

In the following section, the available accessories for the equip-
ment are described. For special applications, please contact our
customer service for advice (for contact information, see page 2).
The table features threaded holes which make it possible to mount
holders directly on the table. In addition, various pre-fitted trays can
be ordered for a wide range of different applications. These are
affixed to the table with four screws and thus make is easy to
quickly retool the equipment.
Pre-fitted trays are equipped with one clamp type each. They are
used if only a single size of flask is to be used for certain tasks.
Pre-fitted trays feature a capacity that is up to 20% higher than
holders mounted directly on the table. Since no drill holes have to
be taken into account in the grid, the clamps can be installed closer
together.
The following versions are available:
Tray with «Sticky Stuff» adhesive matting

Tray with pin holders for microtitre and deep-well plates

Tray with sliding bars

ATTENTION
If condensate forms on the tray, the adhesiveness of the «Sticky
Stuff» adhesive matting is no longer guaranteed. This can result
in cultivation vessels separating from the adhesive matting and
breaking.
Hence, consider the following when using the «Sticky Stuff» ad-
hesive matting:
– Ensure that condensate does not form on the tray.
– Let cultivation vessels that were stored in the fridge warm
up to ambient temperature first before placing them on the
adhesive matting.
