3.2.1 Standard Function - Shaking

Mechanics
The table (2) moves in circles speeds of 20 to 550 min
flection of the circular movement is 25 mm. The table moves in
clockwise circles.
It is driven by an electric motor, which is connected to the equip-
ment's counterweight for balancing by a drive belt. The eccentri-
cally positioned bearing flange in the centre of the counterweight is
used to secure the table. To prevent injuries and facilitate easy
handling of the cultivation flasks, the drive is switched off automati-
cally as soon as the door is opened.
Table
The table is connected to the bearing flange by means of four hex-
agonal socket screws (3). The table is guided at five points: in the
centre and on the four corners. This ensures robust, reliable opera-
tion with minimal wear.
The table features threaded holes which make it possible to mount
holders directly on the table. Alternatively, pre-fitted trays measur-
ing 42 x 42 cm (type E) can be mounted on the table.
