Description
The switch cannot support any powered
devices on its ports because it is not
receiving sufficient power from the power
supply. Possible causes of this condition
are listed here:
- The power supply is experiencing a
problem.
- The power supply is operating normally
but its maximum power rating is not
adequate for the switch and the powered
devices. For power supply specifications,
refer to "Power Supplies" on page 48
The switch is receiving sufficient power
from the power supply to supply power to
powered devices.
The powered devices are using more than
90% of the switch's power budget. The
default power budget is 240W.
The powered devices are using less than
90% of the switch's maximum power
budget or there are no powered devices.
The powered devices are using more than
80% of the switch's maximum power
budget.
The powered devices are using less than
80% of the switch's maximum power
budget or there are no powered devices.
The powered devices are using more than
50% of the switch's maximum power
budget.
The powered devices are using less than
50% of the switch's maximum power
budget or there are no powered devices.
