The baud rate must be set to the default 9600 bps to configure the
boot loader.
4. Press Enter. You are prompted for the name and password of the
manager account.
5. Enter the user name and password. The default values are "manager"
and "friend" (without the quotes), respectively.
Note
User names and passwords are case sensitive.
The switch starts the local management session and displays the
following prompt:
awplus>
This prompt represents the User Exec mode in the command line
interface in the switch.
6. Do one of the following:
If you are installing the AT-IE300-12GT Switch, no further

installation steps are required. For instructions on how to configure
the features, refer to the Software Reference for the IE300 Series
Switches.
If you are installing the AT-IE300-12GP Switch, go to "Verifying the

AT-IE300-12GP Switch" on page 102.
