Inside surface of bushing when assembling
pin :
Molybdenum disulphide lubricant (LM-P)

Grease after assembling pin :

When aligning the position of the pin hole,
never insert your fingers in the pin hole.
a Adjust the shim thickness so that clearance (c)
between boom (23) and bracket (24) is less
than 0.5 mm.
a Standard shim thickness: 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 mm
Bleeding air
q
Bleed the air.
For details, see Testing and adjusting, "Bleed-
ing air from hydraulic cylinder".
Refilling with oil (hydraulic tank)
q
Run the engine to circulate the oil through the
system. Then add oil to the specified level.
