2. Pressure compensation control
A pressure compensation valve is installed to
q
the outlet port side of the control valve to bal-
ance the load.
When actuators are operated together, the
q
p r e s s u r e d i ff e r e n c e ( P ) b e t w e e n t h e
upstream (inlet port) and downstream (outlet
port) of the spool of each valve becomes the
same regardless the size of the load (pres-
sure).
The flow of oil from the pump is divided (com-
q
pensated) in proportion to the area of opening
(S1) and (S2) of each valve.
