Adjusting LS valve
a If the LS differential pressure is abnormal,
adjust the LS valve according to the following
procedure.
(3): Pump LS valve

1. While fixing adjustment screw (4), loosen lock-
nut (5).
2. Turn adjustment screw (4) to adjust the differ-
ential pressure.
a If the adjustment screw is
Turned to the right, the differential

pressure is increased.
Turned to the left, the differential
q
pressure is decreased.
a Quantity of adjustment (LS differential
pressure) per turn of adjustment screw:
Approx. 1.1 MPa {Approx. 10.8 kg/cm
3. While fixing adjustment screw (4), tighten lock-
nut (5).

Locknut: 49 – 68.6 Nm {5 – 7 kgm}
4. After finishing adjustment, check again that the
LS differential pressure is normal according to
the above described test procedure.
