50 Disassembly and assembly
6. Disconnect damper case oil filler hose(7).
7. Removal of muffler assembly
1) Remove divider boards (8) and rubber
covers (9) and (10).
2) Remove muffler drain tube (11).
3) Remove 4 muffler mounting bolts (12).
4) Lift and remove muffler assembly (13).
8. Disconnecting wiring and hoses
1) Disconnect EPC solenoid wiring connec-
tor V11(14) and hydraulic oil temperature
sensor wiring connector P22 (15).
2) Removes suction tube (16) from hydraulic
pump.

4) Disconnect 6 hoses(17) to (22).
a Record the installed position of respec-
tive hoses.
9. Disconnection hydraulic pump
1) Temporarily lift the pump (23) and remove
mounting bolts (24).
a Temporarily lift the pump by the
engine side using chain block [1] and
by the near side using wire rope [2].
2) Lift and disconnect hydraulic pump (23)
from engine.
