• Hydraulic oil temperature:
• Bucket at rated load (450 kg)
• Set machine on 15° slope, and
set upper structure at an uphill
angle of 45°.
• Make match marks on swing
circle outer race and track
frame.
• Test distance that match marks
move apart after 15 minutes.
• Engine at high idle
• Hydraulic oil temperature:
• Relieve swing circuit.

• Engine at high idle

45 – 55°C
• Raise track on one side at a
time, rotate one turn, then
test time taken for next 5
turns with no load.
