Function
Generates a TIC from a spectrum.
Extracts ions by selecting masses.
Generates a BPC.
Generates a spectrum from a TIC.
Opens the Baseline Subtract dialog.
Adjusts the threshold.
Shows the Noise Filter Options dialog, which can
be used define the minimum width of a peak. Signals
below this minimum width are regarded as noise.
Shows ADC data.
Shows the experimental conditions used to collect
the data.
Adds arrows to the x-axis of the active graph.
Removes arrows from the x-axis of the active graph.
Compensates for slight differences in the time during
which the ADC data and the mass spectrometer data
were recorded. This is useful when overlaying
graphs for comparison.
Labels all the peaks.
Sets the expansion factor for a portion of a graph to
be viewed in greater detail.
Returns the expanded selection to normal view.
