2.4.2 Rear ports

The Talon Ultimate has one DC IN power port, one Gigabit Ethernet port, and one
type C mini HDMI port.

2.4.1.1 USB 2.0 host ports

These ports are used to connect peripherals such as USB
keyboards, mice, and printers. These ports are also used for
exporting audit log and debug log files.

2.4.1.2 Micro-B USB 3.0 device port

This port is used with the USB Device screen (See
and
Section 5.5
for more information).

2.4.2.1 DC IN power port

The Talon Ultimate has one DC IN port. Connect the included AC
adapter/power supply to the DC IN port to provide power to the
Talon Ultimate.

2.4.2.2 Gigabit Ethernet port

The Talon Ultimate has one Gigabit Ethernet port. Some of the
possible uses for this port include (but are not limited to) the
following:
Connect to a NAS device.
Connect a work network to control the Talon Ultimate
remotely and allow access to a server as a networked
repository.

2.4.2.3 HDMI

The Talon Ultimate has a Type C Mini HDMI port located in the
back panel. Simply connect a mini HDMI cable from the Talon
Ultimate to an external display that supports HDMI and the Talon
Ultimate will automatically show the display on both the Talon
Ultimate and the external display.
To change the display resolution on the external display:
1. Connect a wired USB keyboard to one of the front USB
host ports.
2. Press ALT+R. An on-screen display should appear on the
external display that allows the display resolution to be
changed.
