1) Connection to rectifier regulator
General note
The following components must be connected for proper operation of the
ignition system.

The general safety information must be observed for
all work on the aircraft engine and its surrounding
components.
Connecting the components incorrectly will mean that

there will not be enough energy for the on-board pow-
er supply or to charge the battery!
The two connectors are coloured differently to prevent
NOTICE
WARNUNG
them being connected incorrectly:
- Black for alternator A LINE -
rectifier regulator (A)
- Grey for alternator B LINE -
rectifier regulator (B)
Alternator A supplies the engine only.
Alternator B is used during engine start and thereafter for
the aircraft frame.
