Setting the BGP route sending rate

If a device sends many new routes within a short time period, it might be unable to add the routes to
the FIB before the peer device adds them. This might result in traffic forwarding failure. To avoid this
problem, you can perform this task to set an appropriate route sending rate for the device.

Enter BGP IPv6 unicast address
family view:
