❑ Check for splits and chafing

❑ Always renew after removing.

❑ 20 Nm
16 - Mounting bracket
17 - Mounting
18 - Joint body with intermediate shaft
❑ For right side of vehicle
19 - Countersunk head bolt
❑ Initially tighten to 5 Nm and then to 35 Nm
20 - Joint body
❑ For left side of vehicle
21 - Multi-point socket head bolt
❑ Initially tighten diagonally to 10 Nm and then tighten diagonally to specified torque
M8 bolt: 40 Nm
M10 bolt: 70 Nm
❑ Always renew bolts after removing
