Enable Serial Over LAN Allows the user to use IPMI Serial Over LAN.
Description
Contains one of 16 preset User ID numbers. This field
cannot be edited.
When Checked, indicates that the user's access to
iDRAC6 is enabled. When Unchecked, user access
is disabled.
Specifies an iDRAC6 user name with up to 16 characters.
Each user must have a unique user name.
NOTE:
User names on iDRAC6 cannot include the / (forward
slash) or . (period) characters and are case sensitive.
NOTE:
If the user name is changed, the new name will not
appear in the user interface until the next user login.
Enables the New Password and Confirm New Password
fields. When deselected, the user's Password cannot be
changed.
Enables editing iDRAC6 user's password. Enter a
Password with up to 20 characters. The characters will
not display.
NOTE:
Special characters like <, >, and \ are not allowed
and are blocked while creating user passwords.
Re-enter iDRAC6 user's password to confirm.
Description
Specifies the user's maximum privilege on the IPMI LAN
channel to one of the following user groups: None,
Administrator, Operator, or User.
When Checked, this privilege is enabled.
